ab…babbling…

What’s for him on Christmas? Been thinking about this for a while. I made him a scarf when we started going out nearly six (6) months ago. Hmm…it’s time to make the second piece. Unlike the first one, I choose plain color thread this time. Formerly, I bought all my knitting stuff from a knitting shop at Subang Parade. Never realised they mark up the price so much until my friend intro me to this shop in Sungei Wang. I could get double from the price I’ve paid earlier. And the aunty in the shop is awfully friendly and willing to teach me new knitting technique. She even lent me a pair of plastic needles so I need not to buy a new pair (so generous of her). Only four (4) threads to make a X’mas scarf for him. Bet I could finish before Santa reaching the door step. Then, accident happened. I broke one of the needles into two (2). OMG! knitting gotta stopped halfway. I took several attempts to stop by at Sungei Wang to surrender myself and bought a new pair of needles but bad traffic got in the way. Sigh. It’s gonna be belated X’mas present for him. No way I can go near Sungei Wang before 2008. Furthermore, it’s year end sale.
